"Same tbh" is a meme originating from a Bitcdtmp 2015. A Prominent Twerquer and current mod began using the phrase excessively, not just in person but online as well. The joke that the meme is overused and not really that good is good enough for CdT, and it has become one of the core memes of the group. You can comment "Same tbh" on pretty much anything. It's also been varied many times, including "Same to be tbh", "Same tbh honest" and "Sam/Sem tbh".
