[serious] (the wiki won't let me create a page starting with brackets} is a meme related to Hackathon Hackers. At one point the mods of HH implemented the [serious] system, where any post prefaced by [serious] was to be considered not a joke. This has been parodied endlessly by members of CdT, who use it as an anti-"/Uj".
