Trash dumpyard is a meme that originated from EEQ. Calling out another member for the poor quality of their submissions to the group, a member told them to make better posts than "this scrap" and that half of their questions "needed to be send into DumpYard."
"This post for trash dumpyard" quickly became a meme to say "this post should be trashed/deleted." Trash dumpyard on its own then evolved to generally mean something is bad.
